Title: Buzzing sound inside cabin
Post by: DannyG707 on 18 September 2024, 12:04
Hi guys,

I am very new here so forgive me if I have done anything wrong or if this is a silly question with a simple fix.

I bought a 2015 MK7 Golf GTI about 6 months ago (117,000 km) - I have noticed a buzzing noise inside the cabin which is quite annoying. It seems to be on when I am driving, when I am idle, and even when the engine is off and just the ignition is on. I am not sure what it is but I don't think it's meant to be making this noise and it's quite frustrating.

The link below is an imgur which has a video and hopefully you can hear it. I would really appreciate any help on this as my brain is fried from it and trying to figure out what is causing it. Thanks guys

Hi.
Just a thought. There's a post by MinchCS on 01 Nov.
He fixed an annoying cabin buzz.
There's a slim chance it's the same buzz you're hearing.
Worth a try.
