Title: black smoke then limp mode

I have a 2015 GTD cuna engine which gives out black smoke on accelaration then goes into limp mode, no fault codes, someone suggested a blocked/restricted inlet manifold/intercooler, any ideas anyone?

Well I replaced the inlet manifold and  back to full performance and no black smoke, it was choked with oily crud and pretty well blocked, there is still a bit of blue smoke so suspect the turbo oil seal is the culprit, was a 3hour job if anyone thinking of doing it
