Title: Michelin tyre offer
Post by: TDInowGTiLover on 15 August 2024, 20:06
Hi all,

I've just bought 4xMichelin PS5 tyres 225/40/18 from ATS euromaster.
https://www.atseuromaster.co.uk/basket/basket
With the offer they currently have on takes the price down to £401.96 plus there is a £50 Tesco voucher to claim plus another £50 here  https://www.michelin.co.uk/auto/people-in-motion-offer from Michelin.
I have also used Quidco for another potential 4.5% which has tracked to give another potential £18 off.

I haven't ever bought Michelin before mainly due to price and I've bought Goodyear primarily for many years but this offer brings them naturally to about the same price as Goodyear asymmetric 6 plus all the other offers brings it to an excellent price.

Thanks for sharing. I just bought a new set of 18" rims last week for my 7.5 and also purchased 4 new PS5 tyres from ATS Euromaster this week to be fitted next Monday.

Got the same deal as you. However, I wasn't aware that we could claim £50 back from the Michellin website so that is really handy and will do that as soon as the tyres have been fitted.

I put a claim in earlier this week for the Tesco gift card, they came back rejecting it as I need a receipt to prove they have been fitted so will have to wait until after next Monday.

One thing to note too, if you are purchasing 4 new tyres from ATS, you can get half price front and rear tracking/alignment, usually £75 but reduced to £37.50. Definitely worth adding that in.

For anyone wondering, I had my new tyres fitted last week. All seems good. In fact the car does feel a little more comfortable on these tyres than the previous so that's a bonus. I haven't actually driven much in the last week so can't comment much on performance. Just to add that I put my claims in and I got the Michelin reward back quite quickly so in my case £50. It was pretty simple. Just went on the link after I'd had them fitted and after filling stuff in I just had to take a photo of the paperwork and attach it. I just had the Tesco reward come through yesterday as well so overall im very pleased.
