Having problems with windscreen washer jets on driver side. Have tried a fine pin into the nozzle but can’t seem to get very far. It’s not like the definte hole on an older car where you could get a pin or needle. I notice under the bonnet is the spray unit. How do you remove this from the underside of the bonnet? Is there a screw in the hole on the photo? Photo attached. thanks

Is there any washer fluid under the bonnet as the pipes do split and will cause this also.

Just a quick update. Managed to get into the washer unit, popped off the electrical lead and water hose and cleaned out the nozzle with vinegar. It works much better now. I expect it was water scale build up.

I am so OCD I only ever use the VW screen wash for fan jet washers.
Smells good too.
Not cheap though.
