Title: Coding out Fog lights

Hi

Is it possible to code out front fog lights with OBD11?  or VCDS? Thinking about the TCR front bumper holes where the fog lights are and if its possible to retro fit.

Should be able to as a CS40 doesn't have front fog lamps.
