Post by: AlanMK216v on 22 October 2005, 21:25
My motor is has been overfuelling like mad ever since i've had it so i got my haynes out and found were the air/fuel mixture screw is....

BUT it isn't even there!!!!!!!!!

No f***ing wonder the thing dosn't run right!

The question i have is were can i get a screw from? Breakers or can i use a standard size screw and just make a screwdriver slice in the top??

go to a scrappy and look under every golfs bonnet until you find the same engine as yours and then take the screw, its free :D
