Title: Leaking rear washer jet?

As title when I spray front washers also get a leak from rear washer jet (same time) anyone else had the issue and is there an easy fix?

Had this fixed under warranty yesterday they replace the pump seems to have fixed it for ref if anyone else does have the issue.
