Title: Front brake disc removal, GTI PP

Hi, does anyone know, before I attempt it, if the front disc can come off without removing the caliper carrier? The rear disc came out really easily just by manoeuvering it carefully. Thanks!

Im not 100% sure, but looking at the front discs on mine they look to be shaped in such a way you may be able to remove them without removing the carriers, just like the rears.
