Title: Bicycle carrier

Hi all,

I know I am probably going to get slated on this request but sure here it goes anyway.
I want to carry my bicycle to events and would be very grateful if anyone could help me out with information or links for suppliers of towbars.I am driving a 2022 GTI  Clubsport

Might not work for you but I QR the front wheel and mine fits in (just).

Failing that, sorry but no other suggestions.

I have Farad roof bars and Thule 596 carriers

At the bottom of my road is a bridge under the main West Coast railway, it’s a really old bridge with a 2.3 metre clearance. Lost count number of times I’ve seen roof racks with bikes ripped off, it’s so easy to forget.

On second thoughts, years ago  I did use to use a Maxxraxx on the tow bar when I had my Discovery and had to take more than one bike or carrying loads of other stuff in the car. Worked well and I’m sure they do versions for smaller cars👍
