Title: 2016 GTi MK7 Stop/Start not working

My start/stop does not work on my GTi keeps saying something like 'power consumption too high' or something like that. I have put a new battery in and it still doesn't work.
Any ideas?

Wouldn’t worry, first thing I do after starting is turn it off.

Did you code the new battery? If not, google it.
