Title: VAG dealer to service Golf GTi (electronic history)

Hi guys,

I'm looking to buy a Golf GTi and this one in particular is due its major service, spark plugs etc plus its Diff lock oil and Brake fluid service.

The car is for sale at a Skoda Dealer.

The car has full VW history. Question is, will Skoda be able to update the history if they do all the work. or am I better trying to get a discount and taking the car to VW?

You can create an Erwin account to view and create service intervals.

I did when I serviced my CS and logged that i had also serviced the VAQ diff.

So a Skoda dealer, part of the VAG group should be able to.
