Title: Wg=hich parts should I remove and keep?

Sadly I've trashed the bodywork on an excellent 2003 Golf Mk4 1.9 TDI so will have to scrap it, even though mechanicaly it's still great. Before I do though I'd like to salvage a sensible set of parts from it that are compatible with my new car, a 2003 Golf Mk4 1.9 SDI (with only 81,000 miles on the clock!). Any suggestions for a list of compatible parts that are fairly easy to remove and worth keeping on the shelf? I'm retired with time on my hands - I don't know much but I like 'how to do' googling and having a go!
