Standard plan is now £372 for a minor and major service, or £15.50 per month. That's £1 a month cheaper than the one I boght in 2020. Which is nice.

Hmm. Good saving but was hoping for the all in pack to be discounted.
Doesn’t look like it’s going to happen.

Maybe worth calling VW financial services to check?
This article, (found on a quick google search), suggests 25% off of VW service plans, yet goes on to say Audi are offering a 25% discount on aftercare package, All-in.

Maybe it's just Audi offering a discount on athe All in, this time? Seems unlikely?

Nice spot... mines up this month as it's two years old and I've been waiting to see if there would be a BF deal... can't believe it's cheaper than before!!
-
Thanks for the heads up on this. My car is due it's major service next month so a major and minor for £372 looks reasonable value.

The all in also included 2 MOT's and breakdown cover.

Don't forget the 2 year warranty, useful for when the inevitable thermostat housing starts to leak?

Shame the all in pack didn’t have the same discount.
That said for double the price £30 per month v £15 per month, then take off the mot’s gives you warranty and breakdown for £136 per year which still looks pretty decent.
-
Took it out because I already have both an extended warranty (had the thermostat done within first 6 months of buying) that takes me to 2024 and also two year's VW Roadside which also goes to 2024 for £180.
Obviously still got to pay for the MoT's.
£372 for two services, one which for me will be a four year major is bloody good, so approx £190 per service, I mean how much is our oil...£80+? then a new sump plug, maybe pollen filter and air filter and then spark plugs..... and then labor... with the current inflation they've got to be cutting it fine with a profit?
-
I called my local VW independent who quoted me £280 + VAT for a major service and admitted even at that price there wasn't much money in the job for them.
-
I’m starting to feel a bit sorry for my dealer now. I might chuck them a few quid next time I’m in 😂
Yeah I do agree, if you get a good deal on a service plan then it’s no more expensive than a reputable independent.
The only way to motor more cheaply is to self service.

Is £30 the standard price for the all-in package then? I think that's pretty decent too. My GTI has a VW used car warranty until May but the car is 6 years old in March so I might need to cancel the used car warranty early and take out the all-in.
Thank you Ulysses31 for the original post, I've just bought a plan for my Touareg (it's more at £18.62 a month but that's good for 3.0l V6 servicing).
