Post by: sellers on 19 October 2005, 19:06
i also have a squeecky noise coming from the front of the car, everytime i lift off at low speeds mite happen at high speeds just cant hear it,

could it be an engine mount? dont think its suspension cos going over speed bumps is fine

i've got the same problem after changing all the engine mounts i narrowed it down to the down pipe joints flexing to much on the exhaust as you pull away.
get under the car and shake the front pipe around (when cold) you should hear it squeeking just under the manifold.
