The easiest way would be to get the seller to remove one (or all of them to be certain) from the car and check to see if the VW part number (5G0601025AJ or 5G0601025CK) and VW logo are present on the reverse side of the spokes along with the usual size / offset details (8J x 19” ET50). Replica Pretoria alloys are often wider (8.5J) than the OEM version and may also have a slightly more aggressive offset (probably ET45 or ET42) as well.

I believe genuine VW 19” Pretoria’s were manufactured by either BBS or Borbet, so one of these manufacturer’s names should also be the reverse of one of the spokes on the genuine version.

As SRGTD said, I typically go y the centre caps as an easy tell, rep alloys can't take a genuine centre cap. Also to be noted the T-Roc Pretorias are different from the golf ones as they don't have a manufacturer stamp like BBS or Borbet, they just have a made in TR (Turkey) and a Volkswagen stamp along with offset being ET45 (Part Number 3G0071499 2ZT)

Its easier to tell the difference between genuine 18" Prets and replicas, but 19" are difficult from a photo.

Genuine 18" Prets have "KBA 50836" in raised letters next to the valve hole, replicas don't.

Your centre caps aren't genuine items, yours have yellowed as they're a sticker due to heat exposure. Genuine caps have a chrome vw badge and circle along with a honeycomb texture inner.

The R has genuine prets imo.

Not sure if these help but here is an ebay listing for a genuine 18" Pret showing all of the markings.

Seems 18" these are made by Ronal.

Are you sure they look very flat and untextured?

Easy to tell if the 18" version are genuine, as they have these letters and numbers stamped next to the valve:
