Title: prospective GTI purchase inspection help

Hi. I am looking to buy a 1988 GTI cabrio that's in Essex, but I am in Australia!! and was hoping I could get someone to check it out for me (for a fee), any help would be greatly appreciated as there are none of these here. Thanks. Tom

That guy is a bit of a mk1 legend and based in sunny Essex. I don't know for sure if that sort of inspection thing is something he does but got to be worth a call.  :smiley:
