And I'm talking symptoms whilst driving, not when looking.
1. Knackered trailing arm bushes.
2. Worn front anti roll bar bushes.
3. Leaking rear shock.
Cheers guys.

1. Back end seems to 'catch up' with you when going round tight corners, hard to explain but you'll know when you feel it :)
2. Might get knocking at the front & more body roll but not something you can feel easily when you're driving
3. Possibly knocking at the rear depending how worn/low it is.

1) Too much passive rear steer, back end will want to shove you round a corner too much
2) knocking / clonking
3) soft on that corner, bouncy, harsher ride

my dads mark 3 used to sort of "skip" like a pansy as u'd go over a bump or go round a corner, and i think it was the bushes that needed replacing. He still hasnt done them so i couldnt tell u whether or not this is what the problem is
