Title: VW Tracker Removed?

Anyone else found the tracker has been removed from the website?

Yeah, it's been removed today it seems, along with the online service record history for some reason

They have just followed in Audi's steps by doing this.

I wouldn't have a problem with this, but I am impatient and sometimes checked it a couple of times a day.

For this it work 1. the retailers have to be receptive to you asking them AND respond quickly, and 2. they cant fob you off otherwise it's just gonna cause more frustration

Just seems to be part of a continiung effort for VW not to assume blame or responsibility for everything from manufacturing delays to software faults.

I've had basically no luck at all trying to make them admit problems with my car - pushed back to my retailer every time.

Do you mean the We connect tracker? Just checked mine and it still seems to be working

No, it’s about the order tracker. Removed for an inexplicable reason!!
