Hi does anyone know the method of deleting no longer required destinations on Mk 8 GTI sat nav?
Thanks in advance

Deleting previous destinations is relatively straightforward, once you know what the trick is!

Guide

1. Place your finger on the no longer required destination within the Navigation function on your Infotainment screen:
2. Instantly swipe your finger to the left and this movement will reveal an option with the Delete function highlighted.
3. Press the Delete option and Voila, the obsolete destination will be gone from your screen forever.

It is imperative that you swipe the obsolete destination straightaway or the system will immediately start calculating a route.

I hope this helps.

Sorry, I didn't explain myself very well. It's up to YOU to decide which of your destinations are "no longer required."  🤣

For example, I have selected to delete Halfords in this photograph.
