Hi those who have picked up their new R or GTi etc. With a list price exceeding £40k are you paying the extra car tax?
My order comes to £40,100 exactly but take off showroom tax and ved brings it below the £40k threshold -£555 I think. Just something to bear in mind.

The £40k threshold includes all extras and delivery charges at the manufacturers listed price (not the discounted price) but does not include first year showroom tax not the £55 first registration fee.
