Title: Mirror dip won’t work

I just wanted to see if anyone could help so I don’t need to book in at dealers. My mirror dip won’t work, I leave I L and have adjusted it in reverse but I won’t go up after adjusting even when going 20 mph or turning the car off , I even tried the initial set up procedure in the manual still no luck. But everything else works left right, fold in and heated part just not mirror dip. It’s a car I haven’t had long a 2018 gti 230 dsg. Thanks I’m advance

Have you gone into the settings on the infotainment and enabled it?. I can't remember if I had to turn it on myself or not  :smiley:

Hi , yes it’s enabled on screen but still no luck

Most likely a faulty mirror switch quite common.
