Having 2 Alloy wheels as spare/show display in the golf be a bit overkill??

Considering buying a couple of sets then using two as spares in the rear..... (on show at car weekends)  :undecided: :undecided: :undecided:

wait a sec? you want to do something just for show? sounds almost as pointless as chroming your engine!!! :laugh:

2 because i am going to have at least 2 spare of the alloys i am looking at. Might aswell make some use of them and show them off whilst at it.  :cool: :cool:

so does mine, i can find any oil leaks etc easily, don't need a chemical shower to get clean after working on my engine and peole go 'ooh' when i pop my bonnet!!

i want a spare of my bbs but its nigh on impossible to find one rs047. and i'm not paying a grand for another set just for a spare!!!

i think 2 would be a bit of an overkill to be honest..... :P

before you do that i'd get a bucket of shampoo and a sponge!!! plus think of the extra weight!! admit it you want to be a show off too! :P

wheel sale permitting, the golf will be going into hiding for the next year or so.  :smiley:
