Has anyone previously experienced issues where they unable to select/change the driving mode. Every time I push the mode button it illuminates yellow and goes out, nothing appears on the screen. Tried disconnecting battery, held power button down for reboot....nothing
-
Can you change it through the menus on the MIB unit ok?
-
Unable to select it from the screen unless am missing something?? Lol
-
Yes you can, but I can't remember the exact sequence of pushes...
-
I’ve gone threw all the settings can’t seem to find how to change it.
-
You can’t even see what mode it is on. Am sure normally it appears in the top left corner?
-
Any ideas?
-
Like Fred I was convinced the driving modes could be set through the touchscreen but I checking last night I couldn't find how to do it to save my life. Maybe I am mistaken about the MIB3 as i'm pretty sure I could do it on the old MIB1 unit.
Yeah you should normally be able to see what mode it's in at the top of the MIB screen.
-
It looks like it’s gona be a trip to the dealers to get this sorted....
-
Have you waited for the radio to fully boot up?
Mine doesn’t do anything for the first 1-2 minutes.
Did you run a diagnostic auto scan?
-
I'd be trying a full reboot of the mib. Hold down the power button for about 45 seconds and then let the system start up.
-
Yes mate I’ve rebooted the screen and waited couple of minutes. Every time I push the mode button it will highlight yellow for 2 seconds and go off, on the screen it won’t even acknowledge I’ve tried to select the button. I don’t have anything to plug in with
-
Any thoughts what it could be?? It’s been booked into dealers this week
-
Suspect one of the systems controlled by driving profiles has a fault stored.
Could be almost anything.
