Title: Car Net Guide & Inform not available

Anyone have any idea how to re activate guide and inform? Not exactly sure how I've done it but I've managed to stick mine into private mode and now I can't get it back on.

Probably need to logon to the CarNet website...

I presume you mean you ticked a box that said "no VW you can't slurp my data"?

You might not be able to change that as its an opt-in/opt-out when you set the account up.

Problem solved it just needed the internet connection 😂. It didn't show an icon on the mk7.
