I am due to pick up my Mk7 GTi on Friday and want to check what options it has...not sure the salesman 100% knew. Is there a resource or a surefire way of knowing what it might have on it?
-
And he is supposed to know the options not great salesman. Not knowing the full spec

If it's a VW garage they should be able to print off the build sheet including options and let you have a copy.
-
It'll be on the data sticker. You just need to Google the codes to see what they are.

The salesman is new to VW so let him off. Think it might have some nice goodies on it but will check...have asked for a build sheet. I will also look at the data sticker. Is there a thread or website to translate the various codes?
thanks.

If you open up in books on an iPhone you can easily search for the code

Ctrl + F to search on PC FYI
Is there a way to find the full list of options on my 2013 model somehow?

Sticker is in the boot.... has the codes on it.
Though to be honest, how can you not know which things you have?
