Can anyone recommend a decent cable for AA connection for a Samsung S9+
Tried a couple but had to revert back to OEM Samsung

Since I got my S10, I've been through loads of (USB3) cables. They all seem to last 5 minutes for some bizarre reason.
Genuine Samsung is the only one I've had that last more than a month and some of the ones I bought cost a fair bit too.

I’ve had the best longevity from a VW cable, but I’m sure it’s luck and not because it’s VW.

I've been using anker cables for a while now, good quality and I haven't broke one yet, the braided ones are stronger and look good, just tested one with Android Auto and it definitely works
This is the one I tested: https://www.amazon.co.uk/Anker-PowerLine-Braided-MacBook-OnePlus-Red/dp/B071G5YCS6/ref=sr_1_4?keywords=anker%2Bbraided%2Busb%2Bc&qid=1581198479&sr=8-4&th=1
Edit: Make sure you go for the 3FT cable

Get an OEM Samsung one at the moment from genuine accessories.co.uk for £3.90 plus P&p.
Was looking at Anker one too. Good to know for future reference

I use a really short (0.3m) Anker PowerLine+ II for my iPhone (the also do them for Samsung’s etc)
https://www.amazon.co.uk/dp/B07413RBY8/ref=cm_sw_r_cp_api_i_nG9pEb03DJP3P
It’s the perfect length because you won’t have to spend your life pushing/folding the wire in/out the cubby, it’s braided and very rigid, and so far it’s been 100% reliable.
I highly recommended it.

Didn’t realise they made 0.3m ones, must pick one up

Can't see a USB C at 0.3m

I bought one of these:
https://www.amazon.co.uk/gp/product/B0756WJPZQ/ref=ppx_yo_dt_b_asin_title_o02_s00?ie=UTF8&psc=1
Bought in Nov-19 and lasted so far.
I preferred the short one as I hated the long cables looking untidy.
Although the downside of that is if you are playing Spotify etc, and you are arent driving, if you want to pick up your phone to look at it, you have to disconnect.
