Evening all.
The rear box exhaust heat shield has come loose. It's not noticable when the car is running at all, just twangs when you shut the boot or give the back box a thump.
Anyone came across this before on a MK7?
I've been meaning to remove the resonator for a while, so may well do that and at the same time the shield is either fixed or removed, as I live in Scotland, not Dubai.
Thoughts?
Cheers, Papa John. :nerd:

It shouldn’t take much to put it back on if it’s not rotten

Should hope not at just 5-years-old and just over 50k miles? Will need to get the bastid's rear end up in the air and have a look?
Cheers.
