Title: Drivers footwell cover ?

Hi everyone. Might be a daft question but should there be some kind of plastic cover or something like on passengers side footwell? Been cleaning today and noticed there is nothing there.  I have never really looked in there until today so don't know.

Yes, that area has a large trim panel that fully encloses it.
Yours has gone walkabout!   :sad:

I knew it  :cry: Car has been bought used last December from VW dealer, and you can see ( or not ) that on the left side next to footrest there is screw missing as well. Wonder what has been done here  :huh:

Is there a chance someone can take a picture? so I can have a look and maybe buy it.

Sorry, not sure which piece you are talking about.

The one that's missing in footweel as you can see on picture in first post. According  to Exonian there should be plastic trim that encloses it.

After a month and a bit I finally found my torx bit I needed and grabbed a shot of the part number off the trim panel.

I must I have one of these in the shed if you're interested, I upgraded mine to one that matches the pedals.  Doubt I will ever be reverting it back to standard...

The thread is about the trim that surrounds the OBD port not the dead pedal.
