Which is probably almost exactly the same cost as the depreciation would be on one if you bought it with the loose change from down the back of the sofa.

I’m not an accountant or quantity surveyor so work on approximations of things that can’t be precisely predicted to an exact amount. Almost...  :lipsrsealed:
