Title: Whine from heater

Hello,

I have a 65 plate GTD and there is an annoying which from the glovebox area.  I'm not sure if it varies much with heater speed, but it does seem to vary a bit with engine speed.  Switching the HVAC system off gets rid of it completely.  Has anyone had this before / can offer any assistance?

Have you checked the duct on the glove box? Small round dial which puts cool air into box. Check to see if it's open it closed, failing that maybe a hose has sprung lose behind the dash.
