Title: Which shocks?

Now then. I need new shocks and could probably benefit from some springs. I don't want to spend a fortune. I guess first question is which shox and rufflee how much? Secondly which shock/spring set up is good and affordable? Don't want her too stiff now - a nice compromise. Cheers.
