Title: Carbon canister delete :/

Hi,

I've deleted the carbon canister and fitted a resistor to the connector, but get an unexpected fault code. I thought it was a fit and forget thing, does it need coding out?

Evap valve refitted and tucked away for now, but got the clicking back.

Any ideas peeps?
I can't put it in for MOT with EML on the dash :/
