Title: Help needed with bumper

Had my rear bumper repaired under insurance and I think they have forgotten a part. 7.5 GTI

Please check your rear bumper is there a plastic stone guard on the inside edge of the bumper lip? Or just painted plastic bumper?

If you mean this area (circled in red below), then on mine at least, it's just a painted edge to the bumper.

I dont have the car atm.

Basically is there meant to be a stone guard bit of plastic on the inside lip of the rear bumper? I know there is on the front bumper insude arch, but I think they have forgotten the rear

Yeah thats it, so yours is just a painted edge all the way down to the bottom plastic black trim of the bumper?

Yes, painted edge to the bottom of the car where is meets the rear plastic trim.
