What’s the correct spec - is it 0W / 20 or 05 / 30?

Using longlife intervals only 5w30 with vw spec 504.00 / 507.00

if not longlife then i'd use 0w40 with vw spec 502.00 (teboil diamond plus 0w40, mobil 1 0w40, shell helix ultra 0w40)
