I have looked everywhere in the car, is there not a storage slot ( as in my previous golfs) for the owners manual/service book wallet?
Thanks

Glove box perhaps. Sure that's where everyone else will.
-
Aren’t the service manuals all online now ?? Me thinks your not going to find one in the car !
-
Service manuals are, but presumably you still get a paper based version of the Owners Manual and a similar manual for the infotainment unit in a ‘pleather’ wallet.

Got all the book pack, just no dedicated compartment to store it located in the car, all my other VW’s have had a dedicated compartment either under the dash in the glovebox mk5/6 or under the steering column in polo.
It will just have to stay in the glovebox then.

If you mean the slot on the underside of the top of the glove box like was on the Mk5, then no there isn't one. SD card slots / infotainment live there now.
-
I thought the dedicated compartment was the glovebox

Mine is nestled up with the space saver as I have not even looked at it yet.....only been 4 years.
