Title: Golf GTi LED Daytime Running Lights

Hi guys, wondered if you knew why only two rings on the front lights (MY14 MK7) light up daytime running and not all 4 like my sister in laws Golf R?#

And is there anyway to make all 4 light up?

The R has different headlights. The GTI/D cannot be coded to look like an R as it doesn't have the hardware.

Not every VCDS option can be adapted without the correct hardware. I ticked "sunroof installed" in my Tiguan. The coding was accepted, but no sunroof appeared.  :sad:

So the surrounds actually have the leds in them but they cant be hardcoded to work?

No. The surrounds don't have the LEDs in them, that's why I said they are different headlights.
