We've talked about them and I've actually quite fancied them myself, but can't bring myself to spend that sort of money on some flashing lights that I can't see....

But they help others see you....., I open and lock the car just to see mine swipe. :cool: Have to say people have commented on them and think they give the car an upmarket image.
Are they standard on all Mk7.5 models?
The images seen of the Mk8 with meaner rear lights would appear to not be able to have them?

Did see them on ebay cheaper, i think the carsystems price is ok, i'm taking it'll be quality part from them....then i had a horrible thought that i bought those darn led headlights from them for my mk6...gave them a bit stick for late delivery.
Ah i'll wear a balaclava when i'm ordering they'll never recognise me!!!

The ones for the wing mirrors aren't standard on any Golf AFAIK. Certainly my 6 month old 7.5 GTD doesn't have them.

I think they're quite cool for what they are, but they may look at bit odd against the non-dynamic indicators in the headlight unit. :undecided:

Would also consider changing the mirror covers to gloss black at the same time.

If I had the LED fronts and sweeping rears of the FL models I’d have to have a set of these in my life.

Right up until I’d broke all the tabs on the mirror covers fitting them!  :laugh:

I do like the idea of them.

I for one will not be buying these as they are standard fitment to my works Daf 7.5T lorry :laugh:

They are much brighter (the proper Dynoblink ones), you can see them in bright sunlight from all angles the OEM you van only see from a low angle. I think the smoked look suits darker cars better than the OEM.
