We are currently looking for owners/drivers of the VW Golf GTI (purchased from new since January 2017) for a paid market research event being held in SW London between the dates of Fri 20th and Sun 22nd April 2018. The project is being run on behalf of a major car manufacturer and we are simply interested in gaining feedback from owners of certain vehicles regarding their experiences with performance cars and their ideas on the UK car market.
For anyone who takes part in a 1.5 hour discussion there is a cash incentive of £100 and there are absolutely no sales involved in the event - we are purely interested in your feedback.
If you are interested and would like more information please email: gareth.walters@gwfieldwork.com quoting reference number P016/C and we'll be in touch. For more information on what we do please visit www.gwfieldwork.com
Thanks in advance

Interesting offer, would have been polite to reach out to the forum owner before that kind of commercial promotion but never mind. Perhaps you will support the forum charity?

A similar thing is being done for the Golf R (different MR company). Via the R Forum (VWROC), but the company asked the forum owners’ consent to post up first.
A number of R owners have participated. Some by Skype some in person. I had an interview in London last week with the market research company and felt it was worthwhile discussing the brand and future of the brand.

Good morning JV,
Many thanks for the help and keeping this post on the board. Apologies for not reaching out before posting but from experience some forums are not as responsive or helpful as yourself and it can mean waiting weeks before hearing anything (if at all).
If anybody takes part in the event after seeing the post on this forum we'll happily make a donation to the forum charity. I'll also ensure for future events I contact admin first before posting something similar.
Many thanks once again for your assistance!
