Title: Hello guys

Just want to introduce myself. I am currently saving to buy a mk4 gti 1.8t .

Any recommendations as to what engine to go for etc and is Deleting sai and pcv system a good idea. The car is going to be a daily driver but like the idea of a clean engine bay with some tasteful upgrades.

Any advice is more than welcome

Welcome  :smiley: I would go for a 2001 onwards car they are peanuts now or if you can find a late 2003 it should have 6 speed box

Early ones are a nightmare to get mapped nowadays
