Title: VW Arteon Mud guards
Post by: mcmaddy on 25 February 2018, 22:57
Was at my detailers on Saturday and he had a brand new Arteon for a new car detail (car looked extremely nice). I noticed that it had smaller mud flaps on than you normally get almost half height which just covered the sill. Just wondering if the golf ones could be cut to the same size as these would be much better than the full height ones.

Can’t imagine cutting mud flaps would look good as they have nice finished rounded edges normally. And a smaller mudflap won’t do its job as well as a smaller one.

You'd need to look at the Arteon ones to see what I mean. They will do the job just as good as larger ones, although it could be the shape of car.
