Title: 2003 Gauge Cluster Screen issue

Hey guys, I just bought a super clean 2003 GTI 1.8t and I love it!

I noticed on the gauge cluster, there is a little rectangle screen. Mine is completely black. Is there a way to turn it back on? Or is this a common problem with a fix?

Can you post a photo?

It'd also be good if you can check part number. This will tell you what kind of display it has.
