Title: is 7.5 gti battery a normal lead acid or is it a Li-ion as in some Audis

is 7.5 gti battery a normal lead acid or is it a Li-ion as in some Audis? Does the stop-start function require a different battery?

it will be either EFB or AGM..

Enhanced flooded battery, or absorbent glass mat...& neither are li-ion...as those cost & are much smaller in physical size..
