Title: Footwell and Door lighting 7.5 GTI

Hi all

Really dumb question but at night my rear doors dont have the red ambient lighting nor does the footwell ? Is this normal especially the rear doors ?

Normal.

Footwell lights can be retrofitted relatively easily. Door puddle lights / LED's would be much more difficult.

Active door lights can always be added (front and rear), if you are a little adept at electrics and don't mind taking the door cards off ?

Been looking at doing this for a while on my 3 door iv only got the reflectors in mine.
What do you need and from where and a how too would be greatly appreciated.
