Happy New Year to you all, just wanted to wish you and your families a healthy and happy new year and to thank y'all for all the advice that's been given over the years for my old mkv and for my new mk7.5 gti ..

My R never gave me any trouble either and I genuinely loved my time with it but I decided a while ago I wouldn’t be having another one as unless you track it most of it’s Power is wasted on the public highway day to day driving (unless you are happy to tot up a few points on your license 😢) in my opinion 245PS will be enough to have some fun when the need arises and be a better all rounder and fit for me than another R would. I had budgeted for spending around R money again so went for a Performance GTi and loaded it up and haggled hard to get what I wanted.
