Indeed.

Despite the request to ignore, still 102 reads

I'm just wondering what I'm supposed to ignore.

I was ignoring it. Then I noticed the replies so I had to have a look.

Should have ignored it. Doh!

Damn, I've been sucked in too.

Lets see if we can get this thread to be the longest ever!

What's the longest anyone has been ignored?

There's (or was) a woman in my office who used to be permanently obsessing with money to the degree where it was just plain irritating. Admittedly she probably caught me on a day where I'd not slept for about three days so was a little 'touchy'.
Her and her husband have no kids, he earns loads of money but actually does next to nothing, she's a lazy moose and the other women in the office get really cross with her as she gets away with murder,. Her and her husband waste money on crap but are also incredibly Gollum like and spend half their lives checking their bank balances and paltry investment worth on the stock market instead of actually doing something meaningful with their investments which might actually make interesting conversation points to the rest of us in the office who don't have two brass pennies to scratch our arses on. I keep thinking her and her husband would make a great subject for a sitcom as their lives really are quite unbelievable in a ridiculous way.
So one fine day I did ask her in desperation whether she had anything else in her repertoire as the needle was well and truly stuck in the groove on this one...

I managed a whole week of being sent to Coventry!

I was held in high esteem by everyone else in the office for a whole week. It was bliss!
But alas it ended when she could hold her tongue no more. Bless her.

What's the longest amount of time people on here have been ignored?
Then again you could ignore this post and the thread will be condemned to oblivion even before JV decides to move the thread to somewhere where nobody ever visits and the tumbleweed blows freely about...

Personally I think it should stay in the mk7 section as it was originally mk7 related   :smug:

Too predictable, doesn't count!

Probably just wishful thinking too!

How about your poor paintwork and carpet mats? I hope they're not being ignored!

I've ignored cleaning either of my cars since mid-October now, pretty shameful but I'm sure another month or two won't hurt...

I've posted on loads of threads that never get any replies, does that count? Otherwise as Booth but not of course her HWMBO but my SWMBO. My rabbit used to ignore me for a day or so after we'd picked him up from a week at bunny boarding....

I don’t know what you are talking about. I don’t have a car anymore.

Ah, that’s a good one.  My cats ignore me for about threee days when I get back from hols (and they are looked after at home, not in a cattery).  They make their displeasure at abandonment clear!

That's the great thing about dogs, they never ignore you! My rabbit used to turn his back on me and keep an eye over his shoulder!
