im having a nightmare!ive installed a pair of tweeters to the rear of my car they have inline cross overs and are powerd via my jbl custom fits that are in the rear.for sum reason the amp that runs them keeps cutting out only when i turn it up above 30 and my head unit goes upto 62 any advice?i should know as i used to fit radios but this just eludes me,it has to be sumik simple as i know the amp is fine!

Sounds like there isn't enough power getting to the amp.
What size power cable are you using from the battery to boot?

i got some reall bad arse pheonix gold nice and chunky.i sorted it now dude cheers anyway it was the cross overs werent man enough for the job so i got some boston aquestic's sounds nice!

all my phoenix gold amps did this. they are very delicate. You need to tweek them alot

tweaking a pheonix gold amp is like making love to a beautiful woman!youve got to know which bits to twist and which bits to tweak!lol this was the first bit of trouble ive had in nearly three years.quality amps mines been awsome!
