Title: Exhaust the same for Mk7 and Mk7.5?

If I bought an exhaust from a Mk7 GTI PP, will if fit my 7.5PP?

Can’t find any evidence either way really.

Because I have option on 2nd hand one that would be good for a little more noise  :whistle:

Isn't the facelift GTI exhaust an improvement on the Mk7's?
I know it's got bigger tail pipes.

Sorry, just re read my post, I’m not saying I’d buy an OEM Mk7 exhaust.

It’s an aftermarket system that was on a Mk7 GTI, that I would fit to my 7.5

Just checked the Milltek website and they only list one exhaust for the GTI 2013 onwards, whereas they list different exhausts for the Mk7 and Mk7.5 R.

I'd guess they were the same myself, but it's not my money I'm wasting. Might be worth checking other aftermarket exhaust manufacturers websites to be 100% though.

If you look at this video that i have make of my exhaust mk7.5. You see in that the facelift have an extra catalyst. But probably the MK7 will fit anyway..

The Facelift is pretty loud stock... :wink:
