Quick question that hopfully most people will understand. Everything inside my car is black, Black dash, black steering wheel, Black seats and hopfully soon i will have black carpet. However the door cards are currentally letting the car down because, unlike everything else, there grey, Not just any old grey, the horrid 1980's style grey with dirt patches.
Finding black GTI door cards for 4doors seems impossible so im wondering what my options are, Blue said you can buy fabric spray paint but i dnno how this would come out, Is it hard to re-trim a door card? If not how do you go about it and what materials do you need?
Thanks in advance folks

apparently the spray works, but otherwise its not easy to trim door cards due to the stupid curves etc. so you'd need what ever material, a sewing machine, good glue, possibly foam, etc
funnily enough i know a bloke who has these/can get these things....know what i'm saying?

yeah. i knew this bloke, He made me a top quality gear gater......if only i could remember his name tho

 i've heard he can do blue ones to match those fancy seats too!

really? you wouldnt happen to know what sort of prices he charges? or if hes able to do them in Alcantra (or however its spelt?)
-
he can indeed do them in alcantara (well not genuine alcantara as its massively expensive but a very good substitute) i'll get him to price it up and pm you with some details!!
