Title: Golf mk6 GTI
Post by: Dannyriy1233 on 12 June 2017, 14:27
Hi,
Looking at getting a mk6 GTI. Currently 21 and own a 1.4 TSI 2010, finally my family traders policy will insure me on a GTI.

I drive around 70 miles a day, what MPG are current owners seeing?

Are they that quick?
I could wait a year and get an R, so not sure if I'm rushing into it, went in my mates edition 35 and it didn't really nail me into the seat!

I get mid to high 30s if on a general run but have seen over 41/42 fairly regularly.
Quick is subjective really

mpg is all on how you drive really i get about 30 mpg

power is ok but if you get one go stage 1 at least completely transforms the car
mt gti is stage 1 running 260bhp 280 torques makes a big difference
