Hi there, noticed I didn't have any brake lights yesterday, brought a new brake light switch, still no lights! I checked the bulb holder and found some corrsosion on the holder but not on the connectors out the back of it only on the passenger side the drivers side is clean with no corrosion, I have all other lights on both sides just the brake lights are out!!!! would it be the bulb holder on one side stopping the brake lights from working? Thanks a lot any help would be great!!!!

Anyone help me??

I once had this happen to me - it was the brake light switch that sits just above the brake pedal up inside the footwell. Not sure how you'd test it but they're not much for a replacement and quite easy to switch over.

Have you checked for voltage at the brake lights? Is the 3rd working?
Bave you wiggled the plug

Unplug the switch, by default without the switch the lights should always be on
If they're not you know it's something else

Is there a relay? You got a power probe

Be sure that you check behind the rubber cable protectors, its common for the wires to split and cause this.
